Our process


We are excited about the opportunity to help new advisors gain exposure to the seminar marketing process.  If you are an experienced advisor, we have the controls and proper audits in place employing best practices to move as quickly as you are comfortable. 

Our process begins and ends with service.  We have personal marketers available and ready to consult with you about your next seminar marketing campaign.  For your convenience, we also have detailed order forms to help meet your individual needs, providing you with the latest available features.

Please reference the following steps for a complete understanding of how we can serve you with a process made simple.

(Step #1)  After your initial consultation, complete an order form or contact us at
877-936-0044
with the following minimum information:
 
  1. Contact information
  2. Demographic information such as Age Range, Income Range, Asset Value, and Location
  3. First Seminar Date, if determined
  4. Your initial Do Not Mail list, if available
(Step #2) As we work to finalize your event information, we will provide you
with the following based on your order form or initial consultation:
 
  1. Ongoing consultation to improve your event and mailing choices
  2. A complete report of the available mailing records for your demographic criteria
  3. An initial proof that you will be able to further customize, if desired
(Step #3)  Review your marketing campaign and provide changes if necessary.
(Step #4) Approve your marketing campaign 4 weeks prior to your first seminar
  date
(Step #5)  Upon your approval, we will provide you with the following to finalize
your marketing campaign for production:
 
  1. A final proof
  2. An invoice, minus any names removed as a result of your DNM list
(Step #6) Electronically sign and complete the invoice with payment.

Your marketing campaign is now complete and queued for production.  We will provide you with frequent and timely updates so you can always be assured your marketing campaign remains on schedule.
